Pasta - White Sauce

I love pasta and I always thought that making pasta is tough, till I tired the below recipe.

Ingredients

Penne Pasta  200 gm
Butter 4 tspns
Cornflour 4 tspns
Milk 2 cups
Cauliflower 2 florets diced
capsicum  1 medium diced
Carrot 1 medium diced
peas 1/2 cup
Oil  4 tspns
Garlic 1 tspn
Cheese 4 tspns
Salt - 2 tspns
pepper 1 tspn
oregano 3/4 tspn

Method

1. Cook the pasta as per the instructions of the manufacturer.

2. In a wok, heat the oil and saute the garlic in it
3. Now add all the vegetables and fry it in oil, keeping the wok uncovered. Keep stirring the veggies till it is done but still has the crunchiness left.
4. In a another wok start making the sauce, melt the butter and then add corn flour.
5. Saute the cornflour till the colour changes slightly.
6. Add the milk to the cornflour and bring it to boil and add cheese, oregano, salt and pepper.
7. Now pour the sauce and cooked pasta into the wok which has vegetables and bring it to boil.
8. Add more cheese if you need.
